Executed from 25 - 29 September 2006 in Copenhagen, this portfolio is Ugo Rondinone's first major graphic project.
Portfolio of 10 original color woodcuts, each cut by the hand of the artist from plywood sheets that were then adhered to a lithograph stone and printed from a stone press, the full sheets, printed on 250 gr. cream white wove Velin d'Arches paper, with margins, each sheet signed, dated, numbered and titled "poems" in pencil on the reverse by the artist, executed in an edition of 33 examples (there were also 6 numbered artist proofs and 1 archive proof which is not for sale) printed by the artist under the assistance of Rasmus Urwald, co-published by World House Editions, Middlebury, Connecticut and Edition Copenhagen, in fine condition, contained in a hand-made linen-covered portfolio case with a justification page/colophon.
